Melissa is Professional and Phenomenal! TRULY THE BEST! My husband and I were being relocated for his job. We knew we needed to get the house ready for sale, however we had some questions on how to list our house. We lived in a rural section of Tavares, yet a desirable location due to being directly on a canal linked to the Harris chain of lakes. We called Melissa months prior to actually listing. She came to the property and we discussed what we thought we should do and asked for her opinions. We received great advice and started moving forward.
